António Guterres
António Manuel of Oliveira Guterres (born the April 30th, 1949) is a politician Portuguese, old Prime Minister of the Portugal (1995 - 2002) and chair Internationale Socialist (1996-2006). It is since the June 15th 2005 the High commissioner of the United Nations for the refugees.
According to the list arrétée with the November 11th 2003, he is member of the scientific Committee of orientation of the association founded by Michel Rocard and Dominique Strauss-Kahn, On the left in Europe.
