The anomaly of Pelger-Huet is a hereditary defect interfering with the normal lobulation of the core of the Granulocyte S (polynuclear) Neutrophile S and eosinophilic S. the core appears in the form of stick or of sphere.

  • the mothers of the fetus reached of lethal Nanisme standard Greenberg are carrying this anomaly. This anomaly would be the form hétérozygote deficit in 3-beta-hydroxysterol delta (14) - réductase.
