Annual and bi-annual plants
The annual and bi-annual flowers are the flowers which we find in the solid masses, the gardens, on the roundabouts, in the flowers stand of the balconies, etc It is the aspect of the inflorescence which is required at them.
They have one rather short lifespan, of a few months to one year. They result very varied botanical families, therefore there is a very large variety of these flowers.
Annual flowers
The annual ones are the flowers which have a life cycle being held during one calendar year: germination of seed to the fertilized flower producing of seeds. Often, they have an important port, and bright colors. Their geographic origin tends to influence their behavior: those of the moderate climates flower generally earlier but not very a long time, while those coming from tropical climates will flower a long time, until the first cold ones. They more easily support the dryness of the summer.

Bi-annual flowers
The bi-annual plants have a life cycle spread out over two calendar years. The germination and the development of the first sheets take place the first year (often of the summer until the winter), then flowering and the production of new seeds takes place the second year. They generally flower in spring and do not have a spectacular development. Sometimes certain bi-annual can live a few years, like the long-lived ones.
