Annie Gilbert

Annie Gilbert (born in 1948 with Chavagnes in Paillers) is a painter French.

Biography

Inspired since her more young age by the characters and nature, Annie Gilbert draws and paints. In 1982, it follows the courses of the Municipal School of Art of the Roche-sur-Yon. From 1983 to 1998, it creates then animates a workshop of artistic expression for children and adults in his commune, Chavagnes-in-Paillers. In the year 2000, it decides to be invested personally in the Oil-base paint. It looks further into the technique in various workshops of it (the Bus, Valadié, Briata…) It arranges its workshop-gallery in old a school with Chavagnes-in-Paillers, exposes in many living rooms in France, and with the Morocco.

Style

In her works painted with oil, Annie Gilbert privileges several subjects: the Woman, the landscapes Vendean, the Morocco, the coast and the islands… Of a great sensitivity, its tables transport us in a universe where reality becomes dream. The soft and luminous colors intermingle and are based in a climate of peace and serenity where the joy is celebrated. This Peinture symbolic system, at the same time simple, excavated and purified fills with wonder us by his message impresses emotion.
