Anne de Tinguy , born in 1950, is a French historian working on the International relations. It is specialist in the foreign politics of the Russia and the Ukraine.

Former student of the Institute of political studies of Paris and of the University of Paris, it is doctor in Political sciences, entitled to direct international research and teacher-researcher associated with the Center with studies and research (CÉRI).

She is specialist in the foreign politics of the Russia and the Ukraine and treats also social questions, in particular the migrations.

Former listener with the Institute of the high studies of national defense (IHÉDN), it currently teaches with the Institut of political studies of Paris, like with the National institute of the languages and Eastern civilizations (INALCO), where it is research director and gives a course on the history and the age of the USSR and Russia.

It is also responsible for the Franco-Russian mastère “International studies” of the IEP of Paris and the Institut of State of the international relations of Moscow (MGIMO).

Member of the editorial board of the Books of studies on the Eastern Mediterranean and the world turco-Iranian (CEMOTI), it is also vice-president of the French Association of the Ukrainian studies.

On several occasions, it was consulting for various organizations of which the the Council of Europe.
