Anne Foudral
Anne Foudral is a painter Frenchwoman born with Thonon-the-Baths (Haute-Savoie) in 1953.
Working initially with Geneva in a laboratory of photography, where it acquires there a diploma for the occupation of technician of laboratory. She starts by being interested in the treatment of the colors. She works especially then with the watercolour and starts to sell “navy”.
In 1979, after many small jobs to pay its voyages, it leaves France for the Germany where it continues its pictorial research and puts itself at the acrylic resin.
Its first stay in Africa in 1998 mark a turning in its career. On its return, it evolves of the navy to a more personal style equipped with long silhouettes. It takes as a starting point the feelings lived on the black continent on large fabrics which it prepares itself. Its fabrics are always of very great dimensions going up to 3 m X 3 Mr.
