Anne César of the Alfalfa
The count Anne César of the Alfalfa (1741 - 1791) was the first ambassador of France, under the control of Fayette, with the the United States.
The family originating in the Alfalfa, had taken again the seigneurery of Beuzeville, commune amalgamated with Veys (department of the English Channel).
