Anna Ivanović

Anna Ivanović (born with Belgrade the November 6th 1987) is a Serb tennis player , Professionnel since 2003.

Description of the play

Anna has a play centered on the power. It strikes in right blow as in reverse and its service is not in remainder. The Serb cheek of the bottom of short and seldom ventures with the net. 2004

Anna starts 2004 with 21 victories and five titles ITF (Majorque, Gifu, Fukuoka, Fano and Batumi). 2005 are the year which will see it hatching on the circuit.

The January 10th, it gains the tournament Tier V of Canberra and is classified among the 20 better world.

Thanks to its first victory over a player of signal 10, Svetlana Kuznetsova, it reaches the quarterfinals to Miami, where it is inclined vis-a-vis Amélie Mauresmo. It also reaches the semi-finals in Warsaw, beaten by future the winner of the tournament Justine Henin-Hardenne.
