Anmoor

The anmoor is a type of Humus which is formed in anaérobiose nonpermanent; it is necessary for that the Ground water undergoes important seasonal variations.

With the difference of the Peat, the anmoor is consisted a homogeneous mixture of Argile and organic molecules generally quite humified; the rate of those not exceeding 30%.

Of color black, the anmoor has a structure compact, plastic, sticking and its thickness is about 20 to 30 cm.

One distinguishes an acid anmoor (oligotrophic) and calcic (much richer and biologically more active).
