Anko (paste)

Lanko (餡子) or year (餡) is a red paste of Haricot.
This bean is called azuki with the Japan and is consumed in Dessert or accompaniment for the collation. For example, it is used in the manufacture of the Daifuku .
Once boiled then crushed, L azuki form a thick paste.
There are several densities d'anko, according to the smoothness of the crushing of the azuki .
It is the trimming of the Anpan being used as head with Anpanman.
