Angura kei
The Angura Kei is a Japanese musical movement, born in the Nineties. He is regarded by certain as a sub-genus of the Visual Kei. He often approaches very dark topics and/or voluntarily grotesque and certain groups approach a tinted political vision of reactionnarism, by refusing by exempe the occidentalization of Japan.
Vestimentary style
The groups of Angura kei meet vaguely on the vestimentary style. The musicians are often foot-naked or carry Geta or sandals old-school. The men carry funereal clothing, and very often of the uniforms of Japanese high-school pupil of pre-war period (black pants, black jacket with Mao collar, buttons apparent, service cap). For the women, the kimonos are of setting, various times of Japan. For the two sexes, the make-up is often an important component of the look, in general very supported and voluntarily grotesque (in the case in particular of Guru guru Eigakan, Inugami Circus daN for example). In one will angura classifies also the groups which raise a style closer to the " enfance". One will quote MUCC or kalimero thus (with horse between the two tendencies).
Lastly, certain groups have a style which approaches more of the visual kei (like Merry) and are classified in will angura especially from their words and their voluntarily provocative style/second degree.
A derivative: the eruguro
The ero guro comes from erotic and grotesque. It is a rather nebulous kind also in particular practiced to him by groups like Cali≠gari or MUCC (at their beginnings). It is characterized by songs with texts sexual and voluntarily " grotesque" , alarming: the second degree is of setting. One finds some exubérance, in the words or on scene. One will give the example of certain lives of Cali≠gari where a drag queen (friendly of the Ao leader) came on scene to stripped half, and with which Ao mimait the Fellation.
