Short summary of the history

Misaki Suzuhara is a schoolgirl who comes to live with Tōkyō in her aunt. Hardly gotten out of the train, it attends a combat between “angels”, robot-like headstocks designed and ordered by the thought to enter public combat.

There exist several references to Magic knight Rayearth, of the same authors:
  • the angel of Misaki is called Lumina . It was worked by its " maîtresse" with love and so that it resembles to him: small, small but fast. The Japanese name of Lumina is “Hikaru”, of the name of Hikaru Shidō whose silhouette appears when Misaki chooses the name.
  • in a scene where Misaki passes the vacuum cleaner, it chantonne “hikaru to kage…”, generic Japanese of the cartoon of Magic knight Rayearth.
" Icchan" Miehara also appears in the manga Chobits of the same authors.
