Andrzej Zamoyski

Andrzej Zamoyski (1716-1792) was as a Chancellor of Poland.

Same family as the chancellor Jan Zamoyski, it was useful in Saxony, then fills various employment on her return in Poland, when it was named chancellor in 1764.

It was dedicated patriot during the disorders of the reign of Poniatowski, and was charged in 1776 to write a code for the use of Poland: having admitted provisions favorable to the peasants, he saw this code pushed back by the nobility. He however made it adopt in 1791.

Its Code was printed has Warsaw in 1778.
