Andriandahifotsy
Andriandahifotsy is a sovereign Sakalava of the dynasty of the Maroseraña, on the throne in the current of second half of the 17th century.
Andriandahifotsy succeeds his/her father Andriamisara and, by its conquests, quickly extends its authority along the Western littoral of Madagascar until Manambolo. At the same time, he undertakes to move his capital with Bengy - “the Goat” - in the valley of the Mangoky, thus melting the kingdom of the Menabe. After its disappearance, its heritage falls to its two sons Andriamanetiarivo and Andriamandisoarivo which still will much further extend the power sakalava towards north, by melting the kingdom of the Boina.
