Andrew Graham
Andrew Graham (April 8th 1815 - November 5th 1908) is a Astronome Irish.
He discovers the Astéroïde 9 Mongrels the April 25th 1848 whereas he works for Edward Cooper at the private observatory of Markree.
He takes part in the observation campaign of the August 8th 1848 with the March 27th 1856 which will provide the data of the Markree Catalog made up of 60.000 star S close relations of the ecliptic . The catalog is published between 1851 and 1856 in 4 volumes. During this program of observations it develops an apparatus which allows better a determination of the Right ascension and variation of the celestial objects.
It is engaged with the Observatoire of Cambridge of 1864 with 1903 where it works on the catalog of Cambridge, in many ways an extension of the catalog of Markree but for stars visible more in the south, published in 1897.
He dies in Cambridge on November 5th, 1908.
