Andrei Kozlov
Andrei Kozlov (January 6th, 1965 - September 14th, 2006) was the vice-president of the Russian Central bank of 1997 to 1999 and 2002 to 2006. He is assassinated with his driver on September 14th, 2006.
He had attracted himself many enemies by withdrawing their license at 79 marked banks of money laundering salts since 2005.
