Andree Marik

Andrée Marik (of her true name Andree Descamp ) is a poet and writer French gastronome born with Cognac in 1914.

Biography

It published collections of poetry and culinary books dedicated to the Charente-native specialities .

Andrée Marik founded in Cognac the Workshop poetry which it animated during long years.

In 1996 it published Charentes… I write your name , anthology of the poets and the Charente-native poems prefaced by Claude Roy. André Marik presents this anthology as follows: “Here of the words, the colors, of the memories, here of the landscapes, the ciels, and the sea! Here country of Charentes which crosses without running the of the same river name. Here more than one hundred poets… ”.
