Andreas Gursky
Andreas Gursky (born the January 15th 1955 with Leipzig, Germany) is a German Photographe.
Raise Bernd and Hilla Becher, it is made known by its images very large sizes of a relentless definition. It is one of the holding last of photographic realism near to the theories of the school of Düsseldorf.
This artist makes vertiginous photographs. Photographs where one can see human crowd, windows, objects, photographs which give us the giddiness. Crowd ad infinitum, at the point not to more distinguish one silhouette from another. The photographs of Andreas Gursky are inhabited by the principle of general repetition.
