Andrea Branzi is a Architecte and designer Italy N born with Florence in 1938.

Biography

Between 1964 and 1974 Andrea Branzi belongs to the group of avant-garde Archizoom also made up of the architects Gilberto Corretti, Paolo Deganello and Massimo Morozzi as well as designers Dario and Lucia Bartolini. Archizoom is at the origin of radical architecture as well as the group Superstudio with which they expose to Pistoia in 1966 (exposure), or the English group Archigram.

In the years 1980 Branzi belongs to the Groupe of Memphis rested by the architect and consultant Ettore Sottsass. In 1993 it writes the foreword of the catalog of the traditional exposition in Sottsass with the Center Georges-Pompidou of Paris.
