Biography

He is the radical deputy and mayor valoisien (UMP) of Saint-Avold.

President of the Community of communes of the Country Naborien (CCPN), he was mayor of Macheren (the Moselle) of 1995 to 2001.

June 10th, 2007, he is elected appointed Seventh district of the Moselle with 52,12% of the voices as of the first turn, he thus succeeds the outgoing deputy André Berthol.
