Andre Viger
Andre Viger , C.Q, O.C is a marathonian in wheel chair and Business man Québécois born the September 27th 1952 with Windsor, in Ontario and deceased the October 2006. It became paraplegic in 1973. He lives with the Quebec since 1953.
