Andre Van Lysebeth

André van Lysebeth is professor of Hatha yoga. It was born the November 11th 1919 and deceased the January 28th 2004.

Its books present yoga in a very detailed way while insisting on the effects of each Asana. It acquires its knowledge lasting of the stays in India in the Ashram of Swami Sivananda to Rishikesh or that of Vishwayatan Yogashram to Delhi.

Without being satisfied to give a description of the asanas, André van Lysebeth details also the evils of the Westerners like insomnia, the errors food, and tries to bring solutions there.
