André Vallini is a Politician French, born the July 15th 1956 with Tullins (Isere).
He becomes in 2002 spokesperson of Lionel Jospin then, in 2003, national secretary of the socialist party for the Institutions and Justice.
Former parliamentary assistant of Gisele Halimi, it elected is appointed in 1997 and is re-elected in the 2002 then June 17th 2007, for XIIIe legislature (2007 - 2012), in the 9th district of the Isere, within the socialist group.
He is member many parliamentary commissions, in particular the board of inquiry on the Affaire of Outreau, that Jean-Louis Debré requires of him to chair in December 2005 and for which he auditions 221 people between January and April 2006.
