Andre Pierre Etienne Abrial

Even of France, born with Paris the December 5th 1783, the count Andre-Pierre-Etienne Abrial occupied the post of general police chief of police force to Lyon, under Napoleon i. Distinguished in this function by the emperor, it left Lyon in March 1813 to direct the prefecture of the Finistere.
