André Pératé was born with Nancy on February 11th, 1862 and died in Versailles on September 30th, 1947.
Raise National university, aggregate of letters, it is member of the French École of Rome of 1884 to 1887. Attached to the Museum of Versailles, he became the conservative about it.
He took over temporarily the duties of the direction of the French School of Rome died of Mgr Louis Duchesne, in 1922.
