Andre Louis : born the February 6th 1922, and deceased the December 27th 1999 with Octeville (Handle), is a Norman writer of expression Normand E, author of Zabeth (1969), Romance first in language modern Norman.

André Louis worked in education, as a Principal. President of the Company Alfred Rossel and the Federation of the West of the Folk Groups of France, it collaborated with Fernand Lechanteur for the spelling reform of the language Norman.
