Andre Lagache
André Lagache is an engineer, pilot of automobile race French born in 1885 and accidentally dead in 1938, at 53 years, by testing a tractor of its firm in front of the chiefs of the army with Satory.
It gained, as a foreman, the first 24 hours of Mans in 1923 and establishing the record of the turn, as well as the 24 hours of Spa-Francorchamps in 1925 over Chenard and Walcker with Rene Léonard the owner of the testers.
It took part in the 24 hours of Mans in 1924, always on Chenard and Walcker, where it beats the record of the turn and, whereas it is at the head, it is obliged to give up its car having taken fire.
It took part once again on Chenard and Walcker in the 24 hours of Mans in 1925 but it will give up again.
In 1926, it gains the Coupe Boillot in Boulogne and takes part in the automobile Grand Prix of Spain of San Sebastian in 1926.
