Andre Boulloche
Andre Boulloche , politician French, was born the September 7th 1915 with Paris. It is deceased the March 16th 1978 in an accident of Avion.
Biography
Polytechnician (X1934), civil engineer, it enters to the civil Organization and soldier (OCM), movement of Résistance, in December 1940, before being off-set in Germany the April 27th 1944 with the camp of Flossenbürg. In 1946, it adheres to SFIO.André Boulloche is in 1953 department head of the Infrastructure to the ministry for the Air then in 1955, Directeur of Public works to the Morocco.
In 1957 it then directs the Cabinet of Maurice Bourges-Maunoury President of the Council before being named the July 7th 1958 deputy secretary with the Presidency of the Council in the Gouvernement Charles de Gaulle (3) (until January 8th, 1959).
Michel Debré makes of it his Minister for State education the January 8th 1959. Only socialist of the government, it resigns about it, the December 23rd 1959, because of the modifications made to the school bill in favor of private education.
It is Maire of Montbeliard starting from 1965, president of the urban District of the Country of Montbeliard, then is elected Député of the Fédération of the democratic and socialist left of the Doubs of 1967 with 1978.
Member of the management Committee of the Socialist party in 1969, he is vice-president of the socialist group to the National Assembly, then national secretary of the PS in charge of the Plan (1976). He seems a probable Minister for the Economy and Finances in the event of victory of the left to the next elections.
He is member of the parliamentary Parliament of the the Council of Europe in 1973.
André Boulloche dies following an air crash, with the return of an electoral meeting between the two turns of the legislative elections of March 1978, in the Massif of Marzell. He was buried in Montbeliard.
