Andre Abbal

André Abbal (born in 1876 and died in Carbon in 1953) was a Sculpteur on stone. He owes his fame with his technique of sculpture called in the direct face.

Wire and grandson of stone masons of Montech, he studied with the Académie of the Art schools of Toulouse then attended the Parisian workshops of Falguière and Mercié.
