Andre-Jean Butcher of Argis , born with Paris in 1750, wire of Antoine-Gaspard Boucher of Argis, lawyer.

He was also to advise with the Châtelet and died on the revolutionary scaffold.

He left Observations on the criminal laws , 1781, and a Recueil of ordinances in 18 volumes in-32.
