Andre-François Ruaud is a writer, essay writer, anthologist and French editor of Science-fiction born the September 17th 1963 with Angers.

It still directs oldest Fanzine of science fiction in activity, Yellow Submarine , and governed the rebirth of Fiction , the historical literary review of the years 1950 to 90, after having directed the last three numbers of the periodic anthology Stars Sharp . After earnhaving a long time earned its living as bookseller of data base, it left this profession at the end of 2003 to become literary director of the publisher the electric sheep, founded on June 1st, 2004. Having already published some news in various reviews and anthologies, it published its first novel at the beginning of 2006.
