Andrés Mazali

Andrés Mazali is a former player of Football Uruguyan, born the July 22nd 1902 in the district of Guruyú and deceased the October 30th 1975, having played with 1919 with 1930 (267 matches on the whole). It occupied the station of goalkeeper, and was retained with 20 resumptions in national selection, of 1924 with 1929.

Its personal prize list is particularly packed: it gained indeed two Olympic titles (in 1924 and 1928), three copa america (in 1923, 1924 and 1926, finishing 2nd in 1927), two cuts Lipton (1924 and 1927), a cut Newton (1929), five championships of Uruguay amateur (in 1919, 1920, 1922, 1923 and 1924), two Río cuts of Plata - vis-a-vis the champion of Argentina (in 1919 and 1920), and took part in the rounds European of 1925 and north-central-American of 1927 with its club.

He was also champion of South America on 400 m, in Athlétisme in 1922 with the Chile, like member of the Olympic national team of Basket-ball of his country.
