Andrés Bello
Andrés de Jesús María Jose Bello López (born with Caracas, the November 29th 1781 - and deceased with Santiago of Chile, the October 15th 1865) was there one of the most important Humaniste S that knew South America. It was also famous a Poète, Philologue and eminent a Juriste.
