Synopsis

Bastien of the Scrap-metal is manager of a large Parisian newspaper whose success is due mainly to the heading " Mail of the cœur" behavior of a wild feather by his/her Lucrèce sister. What obliges it to make frequent stays in prison following lawsuits brought by the victims of Lucrèce. Always " contre" a priori, the latter refuses to give her agreement to the marriage of her niece Francine with Bruno, an young man without situation.
