Ancharadus

Ancharadus or Arandon or Aradus : mean " vision of Aradon ". According to the geographers Strabon and Etienne de Byzance, it would be about the old name of the island of Tyr. We know that time of Alexandre Large the in 332 before our era, Tyr was then a strengthened city located on an island. Gradually ensablée, Tyr became a peninsula. It currently corresponds to the town of Sour to the Lebanon.
