In cellular Biologie, the anastomosis of the core with the endoplasmic Réticulum describes the fact that the external membrane of the core can fix the Ribosome S.

On a stereotype made in electronic Microscopy, one cannot then distinguish any more the limits between RE and this external membrane from the core.
