Anacardiaceae
The family of the Anacardiacées is a family of plants Dicotylédone S. According to Watson & Dallwitz it includes/understands 600 Espèce S divided into 70 kind S. They are trees or shrubs of the moderate areas (Mediterranean basin) to tropical.
List kinds:
One can notice the following kinds:
- Anacardium , with the Cashew tree which provides the Cashew nut;
- Mangifera , with the Mango tree which produces edible fruits: the mangos;
- Pistacia , sometimes regarded as a family with share, the Pistaciacées, kind to which belongs the Pistachier, Mediterranean tree which gives the Pistache S;
- Rhus , kind to which belong the sumac S.
The kind Blepharocarya (large endemic trees of Australia) was in the past located in Blépharocaryacées, two kinds of shrubs Amphipterygium and Orthopterygium originating in Central America and the Peru results from Julianacées, two other kinds originating in Southeast Asia belonged to Podoacées.
