Amphidrome

A Vehicle amphidrome with the characteristic to be able to move indifferently ahead and behind same manner. The term applies primarily to the Navire S and Bateau X, which in this case is almost symmetrical between before and the back.

This principle was applied in particular to the Pirog S, the vats and the ferries which carry out short ways and where the operation of reversal would take too much time. In this case, the machines and propellers are also symmetrical, and the ship is surmounted by a footbridge with a released sight with 360°.
