American Pink Society

LAmerican Pink Society (ARS, american company of the pinks) is an American , non-profit-making association , dedicated to the culture and the knowledge of the pink . Founded in 1892, the ARS is an national association gathering approximately 15.000 members, private individuals or professionals, organized in 400 local associations or affiliated. It is member of the world Fédération of the companies of pinks.

The ARS organizes contests of pinks and publishes a monthly review, American Pink .

Its seat is in the enclosure of L American Pink Center close to Shreveport in Louisiana. This center also shelters a rosery including/understanding nearly 20.000 seedlings of Rosier for approximately 400 old and modern varieties.

Its current president is Steve Jones.
