American McGee

American McGee is a developer of American video game.

Beginnings

McGee began her career in the company Id Software. He worked with the design of levels and belonged to the team of programming of plays like Doom , Doom II , Quake , and Quake II . In 1998, it joined the rows of Electronic Arts, where it worked like advising for many projects, and where it created also its own play, American McGee' S Alice . After having finished Alice, it left Electronic Arts and founded its company, The Mauretania Import Export Company, production company of plays and films, of which he is the president.

Currently

Since, McGee produced the play Scrapland , and among its projects in progress are American McGee' S OZ and American McGee' S Grimm . Its last production is Bad Day L.A. . Production of OZ to summer deferred, which American puts on the account of a lack of interest on behalf of the publishers of plays for the novel ideas and the products which do not profit from a prestigious title. American counts on the creation of a film based on the history of the play to find a financing. It recently started to write script for the films OZ, which it has present as a trilogy who would be produced by Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer. OZ is always with the developmental stage, and there were no official announcements in connection with films. The same applies to film based on Alice. American does not have least control on Alice, and only one control limited on OZ, but he hopes to have more control for Grimm, which remains with the conceptual training course of the development.
