Amblyornis subalaris

The Jardinier with crested orange ( Amblyornis subalaris ) is a species of garden Oiseau found in the south-east of the New Guinea. It is approximately 22 cm long and has a brown color with reflections olives. The male has a short orange peak which it can fold up and make invisible.

They are polygamous birds. The nest is built by the male. It has the very characteristic shape of hut with two entries.
