Alternate Real
Real Alternative is a pack of codec for Windows which makes it possible to read the files RealMedia without installing RealPlayer, which is rather heavy and invading. This software is delivered with the Multimedia player Media Player Classic but it is completely possible not to install it and associate the extensions quoted to your favorite reader. Real Alternative is included in the pack codec K-Lite Mega codec Pack. All the RealMedia formats (.rm .rmvb .ram .rpm .rv .rp .rt .rnx .smi .smil etc will.ra) are supported, included the contents in real flow and the vidéos integrated in pages Internet.
The advantages compared to the RealPlayer reader are multiple:
