Alps Turn
The Alps Tour is a European professional circuit of male Golf which acts as D3 European behind the European Tour PGA and the Challenge Turn. It implies mainly France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Morocco. The other tournaments European of third level are PGA EuroPro Tour mainly in the United Kingdom and EPD Tour in Germany.
In 2006, the tournaments take place in the 5 countries which organize Alps Tour plus Tunisia and the Czech Republic. It there approximately 20 competitions per year and the total of the profits must be right below 1 million Euros. The majority of the players come from the organizing countries.
The French tournaments of calendar 2007 are the international Open of Bordeaux, the international Open of the Haut-Poitou, the Open of Normandy, the Trophée Preven' S, the international Open of the gold mirabelle plum, the Open international Stade French Paris, the Masters 26 Dijon-Burgundy and the Masters 13.
