Alpine skiing with the Olympic Games
After having set up the Championships of the world of Alpine skiing in 1931 at Mürren. The Alpine skiing makes its appearance with the Winter Olympics of 1936 with Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Germany) where only the compound tests are retained, then in 1948 are added the slalom and downhill races, and the giant in 1952, but between 1952 and 1984 the compound was removed but reappeared in 1988 with the test of super G.
