Alphonse Rio is a French Politician born on August 28th, 1873 with Carnac (Morbihan) and deceased on November 13rd, 1949 with Paris. Member of the Left republican-Socialist under the Third Republic, it joined after the war the Rassemblement of the Republican lefts.
