All on my mother

All on my mother ( sober Todo semi veined ) is a Spanish film of 1999, carried out by Pedro Almodóvar and played by Cecilia Roth, Marisa Paredes, Candela Peña, Antonia San Juan and Penélope Cruz.

Synopsis

Manuela is a mother entirely devoted to her son, it works as nurse in a hospital of Madrid. His/her son writes a scenario named All on my mother , who reflects her thoughts in connection with her father, that it still does not know. The day of her birthday, his/her mother takes it along to see the play a tram named Désir and, at the end of the part, while seeking to obtain an autograph of the main actor, it is wounded mortally by a car.

Manuela leaves to Barcelona to find the father in order to reveal to him that, when it left years ago, she was pregnant of him. But research will not be easy and while she seeks it, made Manuela of many meetings.

Capacity to be played, pretend, lie, change, improvise and, why not, capacity be fled… Agrado sells its body like goods. Manuela builds a wall with the wounds which the loss of Esteban leaves him, his/her son. Huma Rojo is mistaken itself while being misled blindly in a relation in love-hatred with Nina Cruz. The latter escapes from reality while taking refuge in the heroin which leads it in a hell without end. Finally Lola disguises its heart dirtied to move away from its ground, the Argentine, and to make by far the tearing accounts of its past.
