Alijó is a municipality (in Portuguese: concelho or município ) of the Portugal, located in the District of Villa Real and the Northern area.
Geography
Alijó is located on the Douro. It is bordering:- in north, of Villa Pouca de Aguiar and Murça,
- in the east, of Carrazeda de Ansiães,
- in the south, of São João da Pesqueira,
- in the west, of Sabrosa.
