The tribe of Osages is a tribe of Amerindian S living with the the United States, mainly in the county of Osage in Oklahoma.
In Osage language, Osages are called them-even “Wazházhe” what means “children of the water of the medium”. The name Osage would be a deformation of French origin.
This tribe gave its name to the tree of which it was used for to make paintings or arcs: the Orange tree of Osages.
