Algemeen Dagblad

LAlgemeen Dagblad (often shortened: “AD”) is a daily Dutch. Founded with Rotterdam in 1946, it currently has a daily pulling of 315  000  specimens. The title is held by AD NieuwsMedia, a joint undertaking between Wegener and PCM Uitgevers.

In September 2005, the company amalgamates with several daily regional. The latter disappear and, in the place, AD includes a supplement in the zones which had a regional newspaper previously. Two of them, AD Current Haagsche (for the area of $the Hague) and AD Rotterdams Dagblad (for the area of Rotterdam), have an edition of the morning and one of the evening.
