Alfred Reade Godwin-Austen
Alfred Reade Godwin-Austen (born in 1889 - died in 1963) is a British officer of the Second world war.
During the countryside of East Africa, Godwin-Austen orders the British forces with the British Somaliland during the invasion of the territory by the Italians. He manages to carry out the near total of the troops of the Commonwealth towards Berbera. The troops are then evacuated towards Aden. The troops of the Commonwealth lose approximately 260 men (38 killed, 102 wounded and 120 missings).
